Certified Referees wishing to participate in youth out-of-state tournaments should submit their request to  SRA@ilsoccerrefs.org with the following information:

• Name of tournament, location, and dates
• Tournament Director's name and e-mail address
• Tournament Assignor's name and e-mail address
• Referee's e-mail address and daytime phone contact
