**Most of the referees on this Pending list have had their license temporarily suspended due to expired safety certifications (ie background check, SafeSport training, etc.)   ALL referees with a suspended license received several e-mails from US Soccer as well as the ISRC. If a referee is "unaware" of his suspended licenses, please refer him to his Profile in the Learning Center. Referees with a suspended license CANNOT be used for games UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

OUT-OF-STATE referees MUST contact IRSC Office for Illinois requirements before being assigned to any USSF Affiliated games in Illinois (allow 2-4 weeks for requirements)
