**Most of the referees on this Pending list have had their license temporarily suspended due to expired safety certifications (ie background check, SafeSport training, etc.)   ALL referees with a suspended license received several e-mails from US Soccer as well as the ISRC. If a referee is "unaware" of his suspended licenses, please refer him to his Profile in the Learning Center. Referees with a suspended license CANNOT be used for games UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

OUT-OF-STATE referees MUST add Illinois in their Relationships in their US Soccer Learning Center Profile. Then email jenny@ilsoccerrefs.org to confirm they are good to Referee in Illinois. Illinois is fully in US Soccer Learning Center and Background Check must be done in the Learning Center and Cleared in order to Referee in Illinois.
